Teenage Pregnant and Parenting Program

For: Teen Mothers

Offers comprehensive case management and counseling services to pregnant teens through home and school visitation, service coordination, and parenting education until the first year of the babies’ birth. TAPP also offers several events, workshops and outings throughout the year for young mothers and their children.

Families First Safe Haven Program offers emergency housing and wrap around Navigator services to runaway and/or homeless pregnant and/or parenting teens and young adults between the ages of 16 to under 22 that are not in the custody of the Department of Family and Children Services.
