A $2 million, three-year campaign to advance Families First's proven impact for Georgia's families
A Proactive Approach
The $2 million Navigating the Future Campaign will accelerate the high-impact work Families First has demonstrated it does exceptionally well — fueling our capacity to serve more families, meet growing community demand, and remain resilient in a volatile funding environment.
Among the campaign’s key investment priorities:
Behavioral Health Professional Pipeline
- Pioneering a Professional Pipeline Model in partnership with Morehouse School of Medicine, Georgia State, UGA, Clark Atlanta, and more
- Training the next generation of behavioral health professionals through our established university internship program
- Expanding access to behavioral health services for more individuals and families through Families First
Co-Parenting Services Scaled
- 30+ years of expertise helping divorced and separated adults parent in the best interest of their children
- Scaling a sustainable fee-for-service model with updated curriculum, instructor recertification, and broader marketing to expand access to high-quality co-parenting education
- Reducing conflict and improving communication to create healthier, more stable environments where children can thrive
TeenAge Pregnancy & Parenting services extended to young mothers ages 21-26
- Expanding proven teen mother support from ages 14–21 into the critical 21–26 window, when long-term life trajectories are solidified
- Delivering wraparound services including behavioral health treatment, parent-child bonding, economic stability resources, and educational support
- Improving outcomes for both mothers and children during one of the most pivotal and underserved stages of young adulthood
